The Automatic filling and sealing machine is custom-made, the following points need to be clear in order to accurately quote:
1. About your plastic cup size and filling volume.
1) Schematic diagram.
2) One machine one diameter plastic cup. It can adjust the cup height to change the cup capacity. The general range of cup height is less than in 140 mm. Please informed in advance if your cup height beyond the general range.
2. Filling material viscosity, and whether to add pulp:
1) We design the filling way according to the characteristics of the filling material viscosity (liquid, paste, dairy, grain). The general filling way are pneumatic angle valve filling, pneumatic forced filling and special design filling mode.
2) If you need filling pulp or solid particles in the plastic cup, it needs to increase the feeding device.
3. Influence factors of production speed
1) Material viscosity, the material viscosity is negative correlation with the production speed.
2) Per aluminum plate hole count. The packing rate depends on how many holes in per aluminum plate. The computational formula of packing rate is (16~22)XholesX60. For example, it is 4 holes in per aluminum plate, The computational formula of packing rate is (16~22)X4X60=3840~5280 cups/hr.
3) Cup volume. The cup capacity is negative correlation with the production speed.
4. Influence factors of price.
1) Choose material and length of the machine
a. It adopts U-shaped carbon steel main frame.
b. It adopts U-shaped stainless steel main frame.
c. It adopts 50X50mm stainless steel tube structure main frame.
d. The liquid contact parts adopt 304 or 316 stainless steel material with food hygiene requirements, other parts are H62 copper, anti-acid & anti-alkali aluminum-magnesium alloy template, 304 stainless steel plates
2) Choose function.
a. Standard function, automatic dropping cups, twice filling (pneumatic valve control level), send roll film or cover the foil lids by manipulator, twice sealing, pneumatic ribbon coding, film correction, twice heat sealing, single cut, waste film recycling, product output.
b. Optional configuration.
a) Injected with fruit pulp
b) Manipulator transfer the products to conveyer line
c) It is a closed space from injecting with fruit pulp to cover the foil lids, and it adopts toughened glass and stainless steel square tube
d) It can be equipped with HEPA air filtration system by Laminar flow fan on the closed space.
e) Pipeline within the closed cleaning.
f) Foil lids or roll film. You can select the sealing material one of them or both.
g) PLC & SERVO motor
3) Filling way. Different filling way different price.
4) Per aluminum plate hole count. The hole count decide the machine width, the dropping cup device hole count, the filling nozzle count, printer word nails, sealing and cutter count. The hole count is positive correlation with the price.
5) Roll film or foil lids.
a. The machine for the foil lids doesn’t need the heat ribbon coding printer and cutter. So the price is relatively lower.
b. You can select both foil lids and roll film in one machine. The price is relatively higher.
